It is very important to arrive before the opening ceremony at 7pm on Friday, November 13. In addition, you give yourself enough time to check-in at the front desk, socialize to meet potential team members, and enjoy some dinner. Our closing ceremony ends at 3pm on Sunday, November 15. This is where we announce our winners, but if you absolutely have to leave earlier, judging ends at 12pm.
